Happy Candle Event Sapporo Snow Festival 60th Birthday

In celebration of the 60th year anniversary of the snow festival in 2009, the organisers are inviting people to attend a special event on the 7th February 2009 at the Odori Site. They are going to celebrate with candles and a cake.
